Pet Policy
Our Pet Friendly Policy welcomes dogs and cats with some restrictions for what are considered “aggressive breed” by the housing industry and in some cases, by the insurance industry.
Examples of breeds that are not accepted include (but are not limited to) breeds or mixes of breeds such as: Rottweilers, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Belgian Shepherds, Min-Pins, Chows, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, Dogo Argentine, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Tosa Inu.
We reserve the right to meet any pet before they become part of the community, so please ask before bringing any pet home! Do you permit exotic pets? Cats and dogs are as exotic as we permit. Goldfish in a bowl are allowed. If you have an aquarium, please provide a copy of your renter’s insurance policy before installing it.
We do not permit snakes, alligators, farm animals, rodents, or other exotic pets. We may allow parakeets, canaries, and cockatiels under certain circumstances with an additional damage deposit and the understanding that you are fully responsible for any damage the birds may cause, and that if they become a noise or cleanliness nuisance we may ask that they be removed from the premises.
